Seeing your store remotely (owner's chapter)

You're not at the store. Your phone is enough.

Open Admin on your phone

Open admin.magicmassage.com.au in your phone's browser and sign in — the interface adapts to the small screen (bottom navigation, condensed tables). Add it to your home screen for one-tap access.

The three questions, answered in one minute

1. How's business today? The dashboard's KPI row: today's revenue, visit count and active staff headcount. Below it, the weekly trend chart tells you whether today is normal.

2. Is anything waiting on me? Look for the pending badges: a Business Period awaiting Final Settlement and approvals (Settlement corrections, cash variances). Both link straight to the item.

3. Are the numbers honest? Spot-check a sealed Settlement: payment breakdown vs terminal totals and the drawer summary. Then drill into payments, refunds and other financial records when you need transaction-level evidence. Variances aren't hidden — they're flagged with the approver's note.

Capacity and utilisation (Owner intelligence)

Open Owner intelligence, pick the Store and a 7/30/90-day window. Below the insight cards, two read-only cards show:

  • Bottleneck evidence per band — each 2-hour opening band with rostered-therapist and treatment-station utilisation and which of the two capped it. Denied-demand and waitlist counts appear as window-level signals only (they carry a date, not a time).
  • Utilisation — used ÷ available minutes per therapist (roster) and per station (current room configuration), plus the lowest and highest utilised bands.

Above the capacity cards, Owner Away Mode condenses the prepared Store brief into priority items, and Owner Copilot answers bounded questions with cited evidence; neither changes anything.

Owner intelligence can also show anonymous booking journeys that reported completion or exit, the last step reached, and how many exits link to a server-verified no-slot observation. Browser exit reporting is best-effort, so this is a low-confidence investigation signal—not unique people, a complete conversion rate, lost bookings, intent, or a proven bottleneck cause.

These views explain evidence for a human decision. They never change the roster, prices or bookings, and there is no dynamic pricing.

note

Principle: oversight without interference. Everything here is read-and-approve. Day-to-day operations stay at the store, on POS. Lower-risk actions are attributed to the selected operator without always requiring a PIN; sensitive or elevated actions require the operator's personal PIN. That separation is what keeps the audit trail meaningful.
