Platform marketplace & hardware support

Magic Massage OS keeps platform orders, physical assets, Kiosk devices and support tickets as separate operational records. None of these screens proves that an order was paid, shipped, installed or remotely managed.

Tenant marketplace

Use Admin → Marketplace to select an authorised Store, browse the platform catalog and submit a manual order or quote request. Each order retains the item snapshot, request and quote notes, status history, and—when Kiosk hardware is involved—the expected, provisioned-asset and enrolled-device counts.

The catalog supports consumables as well as hardware, software and services, so a Super Admin can list massage oil, linen and other operating supplies in Platform Marketplace. This is a manual ordering and quote workflow: there is currently no online payment, shipping-rate calculation, stock fulfilment or delivery tracking.

Tenant operators may confirm a quoted order or cancel it before processing when their permissions allow. Only a processing or fulfilled order can prepare a link to Hardware Support. The destination validates the Store again and pre-fills the existing support form; it never creates a ticket automatically.

Hardware Support

Admin → Hardware & Support shows only the sections allowed by the operator's existing asset, ticket, terms and device permissions. From here an authorised operator can:

  • review assigned assets and their current lifecycle status;
  • submit a manual support ticket for an authorised Store or asset;
  • read the append-only ticket status/comment history;
  • accept an approved published sale, rental or support terms version; and
  • review the most recent device-reported health and prepare a support ticket.

“Last reported” is not live monitoring. It does not prove that a device is online, reachable, correctly installed or currently being used.

Accepting a terms version

Before you can accept a published terms version you must tick a confirmation box that names the terms type and version. If that version has no approved translation in your current language, the terms are shown in English and a second, separate confirmation box appears — ticking the first box does not tick the second. Both boxes start unticked every time the panel is opened, and the acceptance is checked again on the server. The server may also require the English-comprehension confirmation based on the preferred language saved in your account profile, not only the language the page is currently showing; when that happens the page shows the confirmation box and you can confirm and retry. Accepting the same version a second time returns the existing acceptance record and does not create another one.

Some terms versions are classed as high-liability (by default every sale and rental version; a support version only when Super Admin marks it so). A high-liability version cannot be accepted at all while there is no approved translation in the language saved in your account profile: the accept button is disabled, and if the server refuses the request the panel says so in place. There is no English-comprehension confirmation for these versions and no way around the check — wait for the approved translation in your language, or have someone with English ability and the authority to sign act on it.

Only a Tenant Admin can accept platform terms, and must first tick a separate statement that they are this Tenant's administrator with authority to accept on its behalf. The acceptance records the account, its role and that statement; whether that person is in fact entitled to bind your business is your organisation's own arrangement, and accepted terms do not expire until a new version is published.

Super Admin operations

Super Admin uses Platform Marketplace to manage catalog visibility, quotes and the manual order lifecycle, and Platform Hardware to register/assign assets, review asset events, process support tickets and publish terms versions. When drafting a terms version you can set its Liability tier (standard or high); leaving it unset applies the default for the terms type (sale and rental are high, support is standard), and the tier cannot be changed once the version is published. Every status change remains a server-authorised manual action with append-only history.

External acceptance still required

  • physical procurement, serial intake, shipping, installation and Store-network tests;
  • real Android EMM/zero-touch or Apple device-management enrollment and OS Kiosk policy;
  • approved commercial sale, rental and support terms; and
  • live Tenant order, asset, fleet and support acceptance.

Online payment, shipment tracking, remote shell, camera/microphone access and Customer monitoring are not active capabilities.

Use the Hardware track in Pilot acceptance to record actual order, asset, device, installation, network, terms and support evidence.
